Cooking (and dabbling) in the kitchen has always been a passion of mine since I was a kid!  I always enjoyed helping out my Mom when she prepared any meal.

As I got older, I began experimenting more with other people’s recipes.  I always followed the recipe explicitly the first time to see how it would come out.  Over time, I began creating my own versions of recipes, morphing them  into what I think is a much healthier version.  This is where my real creativity comes through!  I love to experiment with new ingredients and substitute raw whole foods and/or adding seeds or whole grains.

I have become more health conscious. Haven’t we all over the years? The enjoyment of eating good, wholesome, healthy food!
